    For dedicated teams, we adapt naturally — that's the point of the model. For project-based, we discuss change orders transparently and re-baseline together.

  • 03 Can I switch engagement models?

    Yes. Many clients start with a system health check, move to Project-Based for the MVP, then to a Dedicated Team for scale. The doors lead to the same destination.

  • 04 What's included in the price?
