01 The challenge.
Appointment-based businesses lose bookings outside staffed hours and to abandoned multi-step forms. Voice and DIY tools cannot enforce buffer times or staff constraints.
02 What we built.
Book.ly parses booking intents, checks real-time availability across Google Calendar / Outlook / POS, applies buffer and service-duration rules, and confirms the slot in the same chat turn.
